MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Air-Fryer Chicken Tenders Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Breads, Pork, Dairy Yield: 4 servings 1/2 c Panko bread crumbs 1/2 c Potato sticks; crushed 1/2 c Cheese crackers; crushed 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated 2 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled 2 ts Fresh chives; minced 1/4 c Butter; melted 1 tb Sour cream 1 lb Chicken tenderloins Additional sour cream and chives Set air fryer @ 400 F/205 C. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another shallow bowl, whisk butter and sour cream. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere. In batches, arrange chicken in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until coating is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink, 7-8 minutes on each side. Serve with additional sour cream and chives.
