                        Lasagna - Ground Beef Plan

   4      c             Meat sauce
   1      cl            Garlic -- minced
   1 1/2  ts            Oregano
   1                    Box lasagna noodles
   2      lb            Ricotta cheese
   1      c             Parmesan cheese -- grated
   8      oz            Mozzarella cheese -- thin sliced

Add garlic and oregano to meat sauce. Cook lasagna noodles according
to package directions. Drain and separate noodles on paper towel.

Cover bottom of casserole with several spoonfuls of meat sauce. Top
with crisscross layer of noodles, then ricotta, mozzarella, sauce,
and Parmesan. Repeat layering, ending with sauce and topping with
mozzarella. Freeze.

To Serve:

Defrost and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
