                      Meat Sauce - Ground Beef Plan

     1/4  c             Olive oil
   8      cl            Garlic -- crushed
   2      c             Onion -- chopped
   4      lb            Ground beef
   4                    Cans tomatoes
   4      tb            Salt
   4                    Bay leaves
  48      oz            Tomato paste (6 cans)

Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add garlic, onion, and ground beef and
brown lightly. Add tomatoes, salt, bay leaves, and tomato paste.
Simmer, covered, 2-1/2 to 3 hours, until thickened and reduced.
