MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Hoisin Chicken Wonton Cups Categories: Five, Greens, Poultry, Pastry Yield: 24 servings 24 Wonton wrappers Cooking spray 12 1/4 oz Bag Asian chopped salad mix 1 1/2 c Rotisserie chicken; shredded 2 tb Hoisin sauce Preheat oven to 350 F/175 C. Place wonton wrappers on a work surface; spritz with cooking spray. Press into greased muffin cups. Bake until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Immediately remove wonton cups to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until bottoms of cups are lightly browned, 2-3 minutes longer. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine salad mix and shredded cooked chicken. Add salad dressing from the salad kit toss to coat; spoon into cooled wontons. Drizzle with hoisin sauce; serve immediately.
