* Exported from MasterCook * Tuna Tapenade Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Dips Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 1/2 oz Can albacore tuna -- drained, - water packed 1/2 c Dry-curd cottage cheese 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Fat-free mayonnaise 2 ts Olive oil 1 tb Fresh parsley -- minced 1 ts Dried tarragon 1 ts Dijon mustard 3 Carrots -- cut into sticks 1 c Broccoli florets 3 Celery ribs -- cut into sticks 2 c Cherry tomatoes (optional) In a food processor or blender, blend the tuna*, cottage cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise, oil, parsley, tarragon, and mustard until smooth. Chill. To serve, arrange vegetables on a platter. Use to dip in the tuna mixture. As a change of pace, use this dip as a spread on toasted pita wedges.
