---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: Bar Cheeze a la Win Shooter's Categories: Appetizers Yield: 12 Servings 1 lb Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb Unsalted butter; - room temperature 8 oz Cream cheese; softened 5 oz Bottle prepared horseradish 1/4 Bacon grease; - melted and strained 2 pt Onion juice 1/8 pt Tabasco hot red pepper sauce Place all ingredients in top of double boiler over simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth. The mixture will look coarse in texture. For best results put it through blender; using on/off speed on high for 2 or 2 minutes until satiny smooth. If you do not have a blender; use electric mixer on high speed, beating until smooth. Pour into refrigerator containers. Keeps well up to 4 or 5 weeks if tightly covered and refrigerated. Freezes well up to 6 months. Yield: 1 Quart -----
