* Exported from MasterCook II * Spinach Balls Recipe By : Elizabeth Powell Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:45 Categories : Appetizers Vegetables Vegetarian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 10 oz pkgs frozen spinach -- thawed, chopped 1 medium onions -- chopped 1 clove garlic -- minced 1/2 cup butter -- melted 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated 5 eggs -- beaten 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tablespoon black pepper Drain spinach and squeeze in handfuls to remove as much moisture as possible.
