MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Creamy Caramel Dip
 Categories: Cheese, Dairy, Citrus
      Yield: 3-1/2 Cups

      8 oz Cream cheese; softened
    3/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
      1 c  Sour cream
      2 ts Vanilla extract
      2 ts Lemon juice
      1 c  Milk; cold
  3 3/8 oz Box instant vanilla pudding
           - mix
           Assorted fresh fruit

  In a bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the
  sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk, and pudding mix, beating
  well after each addition.

  Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve as a dip for fruit.
