                         Guava Raisin Spread (EB)

   1      c             Raisins
     2/3  c             Water
   1      ts            Dry mustard
   1 1/2  tb            Fresh orange zest -- grated
   1      c             Guava jelly

Boil raisins in water until water is absorbed, mixing well. Stir in
other ingredients. Re-heat, mixing well. Cool then store in
refrigerator.
