Place on baking sheet and place in 350 F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until soft. Allow to cool. Peel eggplant. Cut eggplant into large chunks and place in blender with garlic, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl and drizzle olive oil over top.
