                            Hot Taco Bean Dip

  32      oz            Refried beans (2 cans)
   1 1/4  oz            Env taco seasoning mix
     1/4  c             Fresh cilantro -- chopped
     1/2  c             Sour cream
   2      c             Mexican-style shredded cheese --
                        - divided (8 oz)

Stir together first 4 ingredients and 1 cup cheese; spoon into an
8" square baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and
mixture is thoroughly heated.

Makes 4 1/2 cups
