* Exported from MasterCook * Minted Veggie Dip Recipe By : Jo Merrill Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Appetizers Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/4 Cups plain lowfat yogurt -- or nonfat 3/4 Cup light sour cream 3 Cloves garlic -- minced 1 cucumber -- peel/seed/chop 1 Tablespoon fresh mint -- chopped salt and pepper -- to taste 8 Cups raw vegetables, assorted -- * see note * Use jicama, celery, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or any other vegetables of your choice. Put yogurt, sour cream, garlic cloves, cucumber and mint into food processor or blender. Process until well combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
