MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Garlic White Bean Hummus Categories: Middle, Eastern Yield: 2 Cups 2 cn Cannellini beans; (15 oz -ea); drained and rinsed 2 tb Tahini 1 Lemon; juice of 5 cl Garlic; roasted; up to 6 1/2 ts Cumin 1/4 ts Smoked paprika 3 tb Olive oil 5 Fresh basil leaves Salt & fresh black pepper In a blender or food processor add the beans, tahini, lemon juice, roasted garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, and fresh basil. Pulse the blender a couple of times until the mixture is roughly chopped and slowly add in the olive oil. Puree the mixture until smooth. Serve, garnish with chopped basil and olive oil.
