* Exported from MasterCook II * Hot Crab Dip Recipe By : Vicki Schlining, Ellicott City, Maryland Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dips Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 lb Crab meat -- regular 8 oz Pkg cream cheese -- softened 1/2 c Sour cream 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1 tb Milk (approximately) 1/4 c Cheddar cheese -- grated, divided Garlic salt -- to taste In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make mixture creamy. Stir in half the grated cheddar. Fold crab me casserole. Top with remaining grated cheddar. Bake at 325 F until mixture is bubbly and browned on top, about 30 minutes. Serve warm with good crackers. Yield: 4 Cups - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
