                           NUTTY CHEESE SPREAD

   1      teaspoon      Salt
   4      tablespoons   Sugar
   4      tablespoons   Vinegar
   4      tablespoons   Butter
   4      tablespoons   Milk
   4                    Eggs -- beaten
   3                    8 oz. pkgs Philadelphia
                        Cream cheese
   3                    Jars of red pimento
   2      cups          Nuts

Cook first 6 ingredients until thickened.  Add the 3 8 oz. packages of
cream cheese to hot mixture.  Add 3 jars of red pimento (drained). Add
the 2 cups of nuts.
