MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Oatmeal Cream Pies With Jam And Toasted Pecans Categories: Dessert, Snack Yield: 4 Servings 4 Oatmeal cream pies 8 tb Jam; your favorite; -blackberry recommended 1/2 c Pecans; chopped; or walnuts -or pretzels 1/2 ts Cinnamon Cooking spray Preparation time: 5 minutes A great twist on snack time classic. Toss your chopped pecans in a bowl with 1/2 ts of ground cinnamon. On medium heat, toast in a sautee pan sprayed with cooking spray the cinnamon pecans for 3 minutes or until slightly darker brown and fragrant. Carefully cut oatmeal cream pies in half lengthwise.
