Mock Sour Cream 1 c Nonfat cottage cheese 2 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Fatfree mayonnaise 1/4 c Nonfat buttermilk 1/2 Lemon; zest of (optional) Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
