      Title: Dark Chocolate Syrup

  1 1/2 c  Sugar
      1 c  Cocoa
      1 c  Water
      1 ts Vanilla
 
  Mix sugar, cocoa, and water in a deep sauce pan. Cover and cook
  over low heat 15 minutes, stirring often to prevent burining.
  Remove from heat, cool, and stir in vanilla. Chill several hours
  before use.
