   1      cup           yogurt cheese -- see Recipe
   1      tablespoon    honey
   4      teaspoons     Grand Marnier
   1      teaspoon      orange zest -- grated

  In small bowl, stir together yogurt cheese, honey, Grand Marnier and 
orange zest.
  Serve as a topping for fresh fruit.

  Makes about 1 cup.
