                   HORSERADISH-MAYONNAISE SPREAD/SAUCE

   1      cup           mayonnaise
   3      to 4 tsp      prepared horseradish
   2      teaspoons     Dijon mustard
   1      teaspoon      garlic powder
   1      teaspoon      onion powder

Mix all ingredients together and store in a covered container in your
refrigerator. Use as a sauce with roast beef or cold cuts. Also as a spread
on the bread used to make meat or cheese sandwiches in place of butter or
plain mayonnaise.

YIELD: slightly more than a cup of spread
