---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Yogurt "Mayonnaise" Categories: Condiments, Dairy Yield: 2 Cups 1 c Dannon Plain Yogurt 2 tb Butter 4 tb Flour 1 c Milk 1 Egg yolk 2 tb Lemon juice 1/2 ts Dry mustard 1/2 ts Salt Melt the butter in a skillet and stir in flour. Add milk all at once and stir over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and beat in egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Stir in yogurt and cool. Makes approx. 2 cups.
