      Title: Basil Mayonnaise

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2 c  Basil leaves; rinsed and
           -trimmed
      1 cl Garlic; crushed
    1/2 c  Mayonnaise
           Salt & pepper
      2 tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice
 
  Puree basil and garlic. Add mayonnaise and process until smooth and
  creamy, about 1 minute. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt, pepper
  and lemon juice.
