                              Stewed Rhubarb

                        Rhubarb -- diced
          Pinch         salt
                        sugar -- to taste

Put diced rhubarb in a pan with a little water, add salt and simmer until
rhubarb is cooked.  Add sugar to taste and cool a little while longer until
thick.

Good with cracker and who knows what else.
