      1 c  Mayonnaise

      3 tb Gherkins,chopped

      1 tb Capers,chopped

      1 tb Parsley,chopped

      2 tb Stuffed olives,chopped

      1 tb Shallots,chopped

 

  1. Mix all ingredients well; chill.  

  2. Serve with fried shrimp or fish.
