                         Garlicky Caesar Dressing

   4      cl            Garlic -- up to 5 cl
   1      ts            Extra-virgin olive oil
   1      ts            Red wine vinegar
   2      ts            Balsamic vinegar
   1                    Lemon -- juice of
   1      ts            Water
     1/2  ts            Dry mustard
   1      dr            Hot pepper sauce -- up to 2 dr

With a fork, mash garlic in olive oil; then whisk in remaining
ingredients. Let dressing sit overnight in the refrigerator if you
want a stronger garlic flavor.

Yield: 1/3 Cup
