2/3 c. water 1/4 c. white wine vinegar 3 T. powdered fruit pectin 1 T. snipped fresh dill 1 t. sugar 1/4 t. garlic powder 1/4 t. dry mustard 1/4 t. pepper In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients. Cover; shake. Chill up to 3 days. Shake before serving. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
