---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: BETH'S FRESH SORREL SALAD DRESSING Categories: Sauces, Fruits, Seasonings, Salads Yield: 1 batch 1 lg Bunch sorrel leaves (12-15) -- stems removed 5 Sprigs fresh basil leaves 1/2 c Fresh parsley leaves 1/2 c Olive oil 1 Garlic clove 2 Oranges, fresh juice of Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and whirl together until liquified in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste and toss with any fresh lettuce salad. Shepherd writes: "The combination of lemony sorrel with basil and orange juice makes a scrumptious light herbal dressing."
