---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: SESAME SEED DRESSING Categories: Salads, Low-cal Yield: 99 servings 1 ts Sesame seeds 2 tb Vegetable oil 1/4 c Water 2 tb Rice Vinegar 1 ts Soy sauce 2 ts Dry pectin (eg.Certo) 1/4 ts Salt Paprika In a small heavy skillet, stir sesame seeds over medium-high heat until golden. Watch carefully so seeds don't burn. Set toasted seeds aside. In a small container with a tight-fitting lid, combine oil, water, vinegar, soy sauce, pectin and salt. Cover tightly; shake vigorously 15 seconds. Add toasted sesame seeds and a dash of paprika; shake again.Refrigerate until served, up to 24 hours. Shake before using. Makes about 1/2 Cup. -----
