      Title: Grandma's Poultry Dressing
 Categories: Pork, Breads, Dairy, Vegetables
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 lb Pork sausage
      1 c  Milk
      7 c  Coarse, dry bread crumbs
      1 c  Celery; diced
      2 lg Eggs
      3 tb Fresh parsley; minced
      2 tb Onion; diced
    1/2 ts Salt; to taste
 
  Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.
  
  In a large skillet, brown sausage. Drain sausage,
  discarding drippings. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan,
  heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around
  side of pan. In a large bowl, combine sausage, milk and
  remaining ingredients.
  
  Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake
  until lightly browned, about 40 minutes.
