* Exported from MasterCook * Spinach Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette (Hl) Recipe By : RECIPE FOR HEALTH SHOW #RHI247 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Dressing-Sal Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 ounces fresh cello spinach 1 clove fresh garlic -- roasted --no color 1/2 cup canola oil 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar 1 pinch nutmeg 2 turns fresh ground pepper 1 pinch sea salt -- if desired Blend all ingredients, except for the oil, in a blender.
