      Title: "Y'all Come Back" Wilted Lettuce Dressing
 Categories: Pork, Salads, Dairy, Greens
      Yield: 3 Servings
 
      1 lb Greens
      4 sl Bacon
      3 tb Vinegar
      2 tb Sour cream
      1 ts Flour
      1 lg Egg
    1/2 ts Salt
      1 tb Sugar
 
  Wash and dry greens.
  
  Render the bacon until nicely crisped. Remove and
  reserve. And add the vinegar and sour cream to the
  bacon fat in the skillet.  Mix one ts flour and one
  egg together, and stir into bacon fat mixture. Add
  a 1/2 ts salt and one tsp sugar. When this is hot
  pour it over greens and add crumbled bacon.
