      Title: Avocado Cream Cheese Dressing
 Categories: Dressings
      Yield: 1 Cup
 
      2    Ripe avocados
      1 tb Lemon juice
    1/2 c  Cream cheese; softened to
           -room temperature
    1/4 ts Dried dill
      1 cl Garlic
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/4 c  Water; warm
 
  Put all ingredients into food processor or blender. Run until smooth.
  Turn off and stir to get lumps out. Turn on again and run until
  smooth. Scrape out dressing with a rubber spatula. Best when served
  fresh.
