      Title: Creamy Caper Herb Dressing

      2 tb Mayonnaise
      2 tb Dijon mustard
      2 tb Red wine vinegar
      1    Shallot; minced
      2 tb Capers; chopped
      1 tb Chives; minced
      1 tb Tarragon; minced
      1 tb Parsley; minced
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c  Hemp seed oil
 
  Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Gradually whisk in 1/2 c hemp
