      1 tb Dijon mustard
      1 tb Champagne vinegar
      1    Shallot; minced
    1/2 ts Salt
           Pepper; to taste
    1/3 c  Truffle oil
    1/4 c  Hemp seed oil
 
  Whisk together Dijon mustard and champagne vinegar, shallot, salt, and
  pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in truffle oil and hemp seed oil.
