      Title: Fruit Salad Dressing

      Yield: 1 servings
 
      1 c  Pineapple juice
    1/2 c  Sugar
  1 1/2 ts Flour--mixed with sugar
      1 T  Butter
           Juice of 1 lemon
      2    Eggs-beaten
      1 c  Cream,whipped
 
  Cook all ingredients except cream together in a double boiler for 10
  minutes. DO NOT COOK OVER DIRECT HEAT !!  When cool,fold in whipped
  cream.
  
  Serve with cut up fresh fruit as a salad or dessert.
