Yogurt Cheese Dressing 1 c Yogurt or buttermilk 1 1/2 c Yogurt cheese 2 tb Vinegar; up to 3 tb 2 cl Garlic; up to 3 cl, minced 1 ts Dried dill weed Salt and pepper; to taste Make the yogurt cheese by draining yogurt in cheesecloth until it's thick enough to call cheese. Mix with other ingredients & refrigerate. Be sure to use only yogurt that doesn't contain gelatin because yogurt cheese doesn't work as well when the yogurt contains gelatin.
