      Title: Chuck Steak Marinade

      Yield: 1 servings
 
    1/2 c  Olive oil
      1 ts Sugar
    1/2 c  Ketchup
      1 ts Chili powder
    1/4 c  Vinegar
      1    Heavy dash Tabasco sauce
      2 ts Sweet relish
      1    Onion; chopped
      3 cl Garlic; minced
 
  Put all the ingredients in blender and blend. Pour over a 3 lb
  chuck steak and cover with a chopped onion, and 3 cloves of minced
  garlic. Marinate overnight. Brush with marinade while grilling.
