                             Chicken Marinade

     1/4  cup           vegetable oil
   1      teaspoon      Italian seasoning
   2      tablespoons   white wine vinegar
     1/2  teaspoon      garlic powder
   1      pound         boned and skinned chicken breast halves

Combine first 4 ingredients in a glass dish.  Add chicken and turn to
coat with marinade.  Marinate 20-30- minutes.  Broil or grill.
