     1/4   c            EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
     1/8   c            EDEN Hot Pepper Sesame Oil

  Combine ingredients.  Marinate tempeh, tofu, fish, chicken for several
  hours or overnight.  Can also be used as a sauce.
