      Title: Peppered Meat Marinade

      Yield: 1 servings
 
    1/4 c  Oil
      3 tb Soy sauce
      2 tb White vinegar
      1 tb Seasoned Pepper
  1 1/2 ts Garlic powder
      1 ts Italian seasoning
      1 ds Meat tenderizer
      1 lb Sirloin or other steak
 
  Combine first six ingredients in a large self closing plastic bag
  or shallow glass dish.
  
  Add steak and refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Remove steak, discard
  marinade. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
