                        Outstanding Steak Marinade

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

     1/4  pound         Butter
   3      ounces        Worcestershire
     1/2  ounce         Garlic Paste
   1      teaspoon      Garlic Salt
                        Dash Of Pepper

Melt 1/4 lb butter in a pan.  Add and stir while adding, 3 oz.
Worcestershire, 1/2 oz. garlic paste, 1 t garlic salt, and some pepper.
 Cover steaks with the above mixture, and refrigerate so the marinade can
congeal on the meat, approximately 3 hours.  Well worth the wait.  Makes
enough for 2 steaks.
