---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.03 Title: Salsa Categories: Vegetables, Sauces, Newspaper Yield: 2 Cups 1 1/2 lb Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and -coarsely chopped (10 med) 1 sm White onion, peeled & diced 1 Fresh green chili pepper, -seeded and chopped 2 Lemons, juice of 2 tb Chopped fresh cilantro Salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in a slow-cooker. Set on low and cook, covered, for approximately 45 minutes, or just until ingredients are thoroughly heated and sauce is hot. Makes 2 cups. Typed by R.
