      Title: Fresh Tomato Salsa

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      3 c  Tomatoes; chopped
    1/2 c  Green bell pepper; chopped
      1 c  Onion; diced
    1/4 c  Fresh cilantro; minced
      2 tb Fresh lime juice
      4 ts Fresh jalapeno pepper;
           -chopped (including seeds)
    1/2 ts Ground cumin
    1/2 ts Kosher salt
    1/2 ts Ground black pepper
 
  Stir the tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice,
  jalapeno pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl and serve.
