Black Bean Salsa Here's the recipe (it's a big hit at parties): 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbs balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Let stand one hour.
