MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Freezer Salsa Categories: Vegetables, Chilies Yield: 10 Cups 8 c Tomatoes; - peeled, seeded, diced 2 md Bell peppers; - cored, chopped 2 lg Onions; chopped 2 Jalapenos; stemmed, seeded, - fine chopped 3/4 c Tomato paste 2/3 c Condensed tomato soup; - undiluted 1/2 c White vinegar 2 tb Sugar 2 tb Salt 4 1/2 ts Garlic powder 1 tb Cayenne pepper In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring often. Pour into small freezer containers. Cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months.
