                             Two Tomato Salsa

   2       c            Plum tomatoes -- unpeeled, diced
   1       c            Green tomato -- unpeeled
     1/2   c            Green bell pepper -- diced
     1/4   c            Purple onion -- chopped
   1       tb           Jalapeno -- finely chopped
   1       tb           Fresh cilantro -- finely chopped
   1       cl           Garlic -- minced
     1/4   ts           Salt
     1/8   ts           Pepper -- coarsely ground
   2       tb           Fresh lime juice
   1       tb           Olive oil

  Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir well. Serve at room
  temperature or chilled. Use a slotted spoon to serve with corn
  tortilla wedges, poultry, or fish.

  Yield: 3 Cups
