---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02 Title: Lentil Pasta Sauce Categories: Prodigy, Dec. Yield: 1 servings 1 Onion; chopped 1 cl Garlic; minced 1 ts Oil 1 Ripe tomato; chopped 1/4 c Lentils; brown or red or - both 2 ds Tabasco sauce; up to 3, or to - taste 1 cn Contadina tomato sauce (15 oz) 2 cn Water (use the tomato sauce - can) 1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Basil 1/2 ts Parsley 1/2 ts Black pepper 1/2 ts Salt Saute onions and garlic until golden and then add all the ingredients and let come to a boil and then low heat until lentils are cooked through and sauce will thicken. You might have to add a little more water. Serve this over capellini and with garlic bread of course and a green salad with balsamic vinegar. I hope you all enjoy this and let me know how ya like it.
