(JJGF65A) Recipe By : Philly Inquirer Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Beef Italian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 lb Beef -- cut up 1/2 Lemon -- juice of 3 Bay leaves 4 cl Garlic -- crushed 1 lb Chicken -- cut up 1 1/2 lb Italian meatballs 1 tb Basil 16 oz Tomato paste 1 lb Pork -- cut up 1 lb Spaghetti 1 c Parsley -- chopped 28 oz Can Italian tomatoes 1 Onion Brown the meat pieces in hot fat with the sliced onion and garlic. Add the strained tomatoes and paste. Stir in the seasoning and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Add the lemon juice to taste. Cook the spaghetti. Heat the meat balls.
