      Title: Cream Gravy (Vegetarian)

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      2 tb Butter
      2 tb Flour; heaping
      2 c  Light cream
           Salt and pepper; to taste
 
  Melt butter in skillet. Add flour, mixing to smooth paste. Do not
  brown. Add cream, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. Add
  seasonings to taste and allow to come to boil.
