      Title: Whiskey Whipped Cream

      Yield: 8 Servings

      1 c  Heavy whipping cream; cold,
           - minus 2 tb
      2 tb Whiskey
      2 tb Sugar

  Place a metal bowl and metal whisk in freezer for 15 minutes.

  Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk quickly for about 5 minutes
  or until soft peaks form.

  Serve with your favorite dessert or coffee beverage.
